Mindshift is a process that changes your point of view. A deep dive into the core triggers of emotional trauma like Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Resentment and Addiction.
Developed over many, many years of working across a broad spectrum of Iindividuals, Mindshift provides you with a specific set of tools to be able to manage and release these destructive emotions to bring back mental well-being and balance back into your life.
One Day for the rest of your life
The Mindshift programme is delivered in two ways and takes just ONE day to learn and understand the fundamentals.
ONE-ON-ONE
Up close and personal with Paul Heffernan (Mindshift creator) who will become your personal coach and confidant as you work together to identify key experiences that have shaped your unique character traits and how to manage them.
Group Session
Every month Paul runs a small group workshop of no more than eight people to deliver Mindshift. Here you will meet other people just like you who are dealing with similar issues. There is a real sense of community and many have formed new friendships. These group sessions show you that you are not alone.
